Note: Orders containing more than one product are assigned a specific processing time, dependent on the particular product.

Before shipping, our team will perform an extensive inspection of the products you ordered. Currently, most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. Stocks can be changed at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.

Our policy is for 30 days. If you don\’t receive your item within the 30 days period, we\’re not able to issue a refund or an exchange.

To be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
